  • Facilitating money laundering or financial crime
  • Conducting fraudulent transactions or scams

Fraud and Abuse

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempting to manipulate transactions or bypass security controls
  • Processing payments for businesses that have not been disclosed or approved by Tahweel Pay

Restricted Products and Services

Tahweel Pay services may not be used in connection with the sale or distribution of:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Gambling or betting services where prohibited by law
  • Fraudulent investment schemes including Ponzi or pyramid schemes

Misuse of the Platform

  • Interfering with or disrupting Tahweel Pay systems or networks
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or user accounts

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

Tahweel Pay may review accounts, transactions, and merchant activities to ensure compliance with this policy.

If a violation is suspected, Tahweel Pay may take appropriate actions, including:

  • Restricting or suspending transactions
  • Temporarily or permanently disabling accounts
  • Reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities when required by law

4. Merchant Obligations

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their business activities and products comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Merchants must also ensure that their customers do not use Tahweel Pay services for prohibited purposes.

5. Amendments

Tahweel Pay reserves the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
