Through the Tahweel Pay platform, merchants can manage their payment operations, including payment processing, invoicing, subscription management, and transaction monitoring through a centralized merchant dashboard.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and to accept these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.
To access Tahweel Pay’s services, merchants must create an account through the Tahweel Pay merchant portal.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your identity, business operations, and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify Tahweel Pay immediately.
Because Tahweel Pay operates within the financial services sector, we are required to comply with regulatory standards and financial compliance obligations.
During the onboarding process, merchants may be required to submit documents for verification, including identity documentation, business registration information, and banking details.
Tahweel Pay may also request additional information at any time to comply with regulatory, legal, or security requirements.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, restrictions, or suspension of services.
Merchants agree to use Tahweel Pay’s services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Tahweel Pay platform may not be used for activities involving illegal products or services, fraudulent behavior, or businesses that violate financial regulations.

Tahweel Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these policies.
Tahweel Pay provides API-based payment integration that allows merchants to accept payments from users through the Tahweel app.
Tahweel Pay provides a payment platform that enables merchants to accept and manage digital payments through the Tahweel mobile application, bank transfers, and other payment methods that may be introduced on the platform in the future.
Tahweel Pay facilitates the processing of payments between customers and merchants through the available payment methods on the platform. While we strive to provide reliable services, Tahweel Pay cannot guarantee that every transaction will be successfully completed, as payment processing may depend on external systems, financial institutions, or technical factors beyond our control.
Merchants may be subject to transaction processing fees, service fees, or other applicable charges related to the use of the Tahweel Pay platform. These fees will either be displayed on the platform, included in the selected pricing plan, or agreed upon with the merchant in advance. Tahweel Pay strives to maintain transparent and fair pricing and may update its fees from time to time with appropriate notice.
Funds processed through the Tahweel Pay platform will be transferred to the merchant’s designated bank account or other settlement method provided by the merchant, according to the settlement schedule available in the merchant dashboard, which is currently processed on a weekly basis.
Settlement times may vary depending on factors such as payment method, banking procedures, fraud reviews, or regulatory requirements.
Tahweel Pay processes merchant settlements on a T+2 basis, where transaction funds are held for two (2) business days before becoming available for payout to the merchant’s designated payout method.
Tahweel Pay may temporarily delay or hold settlements if additional verification or security checks are necessary.
Merchants are solely responsible for the products or services they offer to customers, including product quality, delivery, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Tahweel Pay is not responsible for any disputes arising from the sale or provision of goods or services by merchants.
Merchants are responsible for handling refunds related to the products or services they offer to their customers. For refunds processed through the Tahweel Pay platform, a refund processing fee, currently set at 1%, will be applied for and charged to the merchant.
Merchants are responsible for handling any chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims initiated by customers in relation to transactions processed through the Tahweel Pay platform.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Tahweel Pay may temporarily hold or recover the disputed amount from the merchant, along with any applicable fees or penalties associated with the dispute.
Merchants agree to cooperate with Tahweel Pay and provide any information or documentation reasonably required to review or respond to such disputes.
Tahweel Pay takes the security of transactions and merchant accounts seriously. Our platform uses industry-standard security technologies, including encryption, monitoring systems, and fraud detection tools designed to protect merchants and their customers.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining secure access to their accounts and should report any suspicious activity immediately.
Tahweel Pay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate merchant accounts under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Tahweel Pay provides its services with the goal of maintaining a secure and reliable payment platform. However, no technology platform can always guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahweel Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of the platform or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tahweel Pay may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform after updates are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
