Merchants are required to cooperate with such requests and provide accurate and complete information within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination of access to the Tahweel Pay platform.

Transaction Monitoring

Tahweel Pay may monitor transactions conducted through the platform in order to identify unusual or suspicious activities. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal business activity may be subject to review.

Tahweel Pay applies a risk-based approach to merchant onboarding and transaction monitoring in accordance with applicable financial crime prevention practices.

Account Restrictions
